紫花苜蓿种子水引发条件的优化

摘要: 出苗与建植难是限制紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)在黄土高原干旱雨养区栽培利用的一个重要因素。种子引发技术可促进种子萌发和幼苗生长、提高种子活力、增强幼苗抗性,从而提高幼苗建植率。基于此,本研究以陇东苜蓿为材料,探讨了种子引发温度(10、15、20 ℃)、引发时间(12、24、36、48 h)以及加水量(原始种子质量的90%、120%、150%)对种子引发效果的影响。结果表明,在多数条件下引发能显著提高苜蓿种子的萌发速率,促进幼苗生长,但对种子最终萌发率没有影响。当引发加水量为种子初始重的90%、引发温度为10 ℃、引发时间为36 h时种子的活力指数最高,可作为紫花苜蓿种子引发的最适条件。
