水杨酸对植物种子及幼苗抗逆性的影响
摘要:
种子萌发及幼苗建成是植物生命周期的关键时期,也是对外界环境因子最敏感的时期之一。本文重点从耐盐性、耐旱性、耐热性、耐寒性及耐重金属等逆境条件,综述了水杨酸(Salicylic acid,SA)对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响研究进展。分析认为,SA处理为提高逆境条件下种子萌发及幼苗建成提供了一种有效的方法。它通过增加渗透物质的含量,激活抗氧化酶系统,并调节α-淀粉酶活性等来保持细胞膜结构的稳定性,从而提高种子及其幼苗的耐逆性,但不能根除逆境伤害。SA对种子萌发及幼苗生长具有双重效应,且SA的最佳浓度会受植物种类、处理时间、方式、逆境条件及程度影响。明确其对种子萌发及幼苗生长的作用机制,可以为农业生产提供理论依据。
