Comprehensive analysis of salt tolerance of 30 introduced barley varieties or lines in seedling period

  • MDA content, SOD activity, CAT activity, Pro content and chlorophyll content, photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were measured under different salt stress at seeding stage. Salt tolerance in 30 introduced materials of Hordeum vulgare was comprehensively analyzed by principal component analysis and subordinative function. The results showed that MDA content, chlorophyll content, photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate decreased with the increasing of NaCl concentration except SOD activity, CAT activity and Pro content.
