Abstract
The effects of five salinealkaloid (NaCl, Na2SO4, NaHCO3, Na2CO3 and a mixed solution of them at the ratio of 1∶9∶9∶1) in different concentrations on Achnatherum splendens seed germination were studied in this paper. The results of this study showed that the germination percentage, germination index and germination energy were decreased with the increase of salt concentration and the rejection capability was gradually increased on the seed germination. Low concentrations (80 mmol/L) of NaHCO3 and the mixture can promote seed germination. The order of rejection capability of five salinealkaloid was carbonatesalt mixturesulphatesupercarbonatesalt chloridate. The trend of seed germination showed that the number of days in the initial seed germination was delayed and the number of germinated seeds in seed germination peak period was decreased with the increase of salt concentrations.
