Advances on biological activities of plant saponin

Plants saponins were widely distributed in nature and rich in resources, which had huge research values and exploitation prospects because of their multiple biological activities. This review summarized the structure, biological activity and application in animal production of plant saponins, which will provide necessary information for improving the research work in the future.
