Effects of turf quality on quality of football games

In this study, two representative football courts in Lanzhou were selected as research objectives, and the relationships between turf quality and quality of football games were analyzed. Results showed that turf quality influences athletes behaviors during games, and quality of football games. Football court turfs at different quality levels have significantly impacts on players fouls, fallings and goalkeepers savings, as well as on players shot, attack, tackle and pass in games.
