白花美丽胡枝子扦插技术
摘要:
为了推广食用花卉白花美丽胡枝子(Lespedeza formosa f. albiflora)优良无性系,以白花美丽胡枝子健壮枝条为试材,研究了扦插育苗中不同萘乙酸浓度、基质、插穗类型和扦插时间对生根的影响。结果表明,400 mg·L-1萘乙酸有利于生根;相对于珍珠岩和草炭,以细沙为基质,扦插效果好,生根率可达62.22%,平均根长为7.53 cm,平均单株根数为6.83条,利于后期移栽成活。当以二年生枝条为插穗时,生根率为0,无法生根。以当年生绿枝或半木质化枝条作插穗,可以获得较好生根效果。5月-9月都可以进行扦插育苗,综合考虑以7月为最佳扦插时间。
